Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer Directors, all of whom will have a vote, and one non-voting Director, the CEO/Executive Director of the Foundation. Board members are specially selected and nominated individuals in the community representing various businesses and organizations.

What are the Requirements and Commitment to be on the Board of Directors?

Each Board Member nominated and selected for the Board of Directors will serve a two year term, which can be extended.  The Board will meet six times per year and members are requested to attend. Each member will serve on one or more Board Committees, which will meet approximately six times per year. Attendance can be arranged via phone or web conferencing, if necessary.
