Other committees will be established, as determined.

 
What is the purpose and composition of the Executive Committee?

The Executive Committee provides the day-to-day operations and development of the Foundation and report to the Board of Directors.  The Executive Committee is comprised of the CEO of the Miami Beach Community Health Center (MBCHC), Vice President of Finance of MBCHC, other executive staff determined, the Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs of MBCHC, and the CEO/Executive Director of the Foundation.
