Contributions
How will the Foundation solicit funding and support?
The Foundation will establish levels of support and recognition programs. (For example; a gift of $5000 could be recognized with a room named after the donor or a donor could contribute more and have a center named after them or their family.)
In addition, the Foundation will seek and apply for grant funding and conduct other fundraising events, including parties, golf tournaments, and galas.
The first of such events includes the 30th Anniversary Celebration for the Miami Beach Community Health Center on October 9th at The National Hotel in Miami Beach.
DONATIONS
The Foundation will consider donations of funds, real-estate, stock, bonds, in-kind services, goods/products, and other items that meet the Donation Policy established.

BRONZE: $1000
- Complimentary invitations for two to all MIAMI BEACH HEALTH FOUNDATION Events, including the President’s Circle FOUNDER’S Party and Miami Beach Community Health Center 30th Anniversary Events
- Listing in The MIAMI BEACH HEALTH FOUNDATION Annual Report of Philanthropy, an MBHF publication that includes photographs, description of MBHF Foundation activities, and donor lists
- Listing in The Miami Beach Community Health Center Newsletter and Website for one (1) year
- Listing in The MIAMI BEACH HEALTH FOUNDATION Newsletter and Website for one (1) year
SILVER: $2,500
Same benefits as BRONZE plus:

PLATNUM: $7,500

ANGEL: $10,000 and above
